At Office Trend, we want you to love your workspace. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalised orders
Large/Bulky Items (Ergonomic Chairs & Desks)
Due to the size and nature of furniture items, please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged or defective. Return shipping for large items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
